where can i find the XnView MP settings in a Windows 7 * 64 system to transfer the settings from one system to another?

(Mainly) In the xnview.ini file.
To find the location of this file go to Tools | Settings | Integration | Paths and press the 'Open the Config Files location' button.
From there you can copy
xnview.ini - settings
...and optionally:
autocorrect.txt - (autocorrect entries)
bookmark.ini - (the bookmarks)
..and perhaps the default.bar, default.keys
Attention: you ask about 'settings' and not 'database', right?
