MP 0.69 - I still can't open zip and rar files in 0.69

I noticed the MP 0.69 has updated unzip32.dll and unrar.dll. But I still can't open zip and rar files in MP.
Are those two dlls working for opening archive files? If not, what's the function of those two dlls?
