run with params on a website

Post by oliver »

great tool.
now I'd like to use it to run a slideshow on a CD. On the CD I have a webpage. And from this weboage I'd like to run xnvewi with the param -slide <file>. But I have probs with the right syntax. It's probably and html issue. But maybe someone can help.

<a href="../XnView/xnview.exe -slide -../slideshow/slides.sld">slideshow</a>
does not work. it says that the page can't be displayed. If I leave the two params xnview starts. Bu I want to start the slideshow immedeately.

Any ideas?
