XnConvert crashes with Mac OX 10.10.1

XnConvert crashes everytime I add files to convert.
I have Mac OS X ver 10.10.1 (Yosemite)

I will appreciate if you would share all steps to fix this.

which format of file?
Do you use the version from my website or apple store?

I'm having a similar issue. I'm using: XnConvert Version 1.66 - x64 (Nov 6 2014) - Libformat version 6.60

I think this is the one from the App store. I've installed both from the website first and then deleted it and then from the app store.

Almost every time I open a particular PNG file it blows up. But it doesn't do it every time for the one PNG file and not always for every PNG file. However, if I do get it to open without crashing, then it refuses to convert the file and throws errors in the log.
