move pictures

Post by maschl »

Hello,
I need a little help. To move a single picture (thumbnail) to a new location in the same directory is possible without any problem. But how can I mark several pictures and move them at once? I am working with Linux Mint.
Many thanks for help. Michael

hello Piere,
selecting pictures is not the problem. I want to select more then 1 picture and move them to a new position (in the same directory). Moving works only with one picture and this is a little bit hard to do when you want to move 10 pictures from the middle to the beginning of your directory.
Many thanks for help Michael

Hello Pierre,
yes I mean change the order. If I could help to implement this feature let me know. I am a programmer and work with java (swing and javafx), C++.
