my problem is I don't get a picture in the preview panel when playing back any video in XnViewMP 0.72 on Windows Vista Business (latest updates installed) - only audio.
As a splitter+decoder I'm using LAVFilters but I've also tried Haali Media Splitter+ffdshow with the same results.
However the video thumbnails are being created (I can see the tray icons [of the filters named above] coming up during the scan).
But when I press the play button only the audio plays back - the video area stays gray
On the same machine video playback is working fine for Windows MediaPlayer, MediaPlayerClassic and even XnView Classic (!)
And I don't have that problem with XnViewMP on Win 7 either.
Any ideas maybe...
