v2.32 Can't open this JPG file

v2.32 Can't open this JPG file

I'm getting a error when trying to open this file. xnview read it as txt,
but I can open with windows photo viewer win7. Is it a bug?

I have no probme to read this file, no preview no thumbnail for it?

Vague idea: That's apparently XnView classic on a CJK Windows (Chinese, maybe) with a French file name. XnView classic does not support Unicode, and on your box "inférieur" ends up as "inferieur" and "not found". If you need Unicode check out XnView MP, or if that's just one special case rename the file (ASCII without é as in "inferieur" should work.)
