Layout panel widths/heights not preserved

Greetings

I set a custom layout: vertical Folders tree on the left with Favorites underneath, then a vertical single-column thumbnail list to the right, and then a large preview. http://i.imgur.com/oYX3xYG.jpg
When I restart XNViewMP I see this http://i.imgur.com/mcBea4A.png
The same thing happens when I select any of the default layouts, change widths and restart.
The bug is that the layout is not preserved.

Can't reproduce in 0.78, fixed.
