Problem with settings of "Resize"

The command "Image - Resize" has a strange (wrong?) behaviour:

a) The buttons to increase / decrease the value don't modify the existing value, they rest it always to "100".

b) The predefined settings (e.g. 800x600) are not set exactly, although "Keep ratio" is disabled.
