Search Panel -- add "Time modified" criteria?

Could the modified time be added to the search panel (CTRL-F) date modified from-to range?

Something like: Date modified x time modified x to Date modified x time modified x ?

Yes, adding time as search criteria would be good. In some cases just the date is not fine enough.
