Commercial License 'floating'?

Hi,

We're looking at using XnView at our company but I'm curious about the commercial licenses, specifically if they offered in a 'floating' capacity? Lets say we have 50 employees, but only 5 employees would ever be using XnView at the same time. Can we purchase 5 licences or would we need to purchase 50?
