Command line printing

Post by LotusE »

Hi,

Is it possible to send the content of one folder in one print job to a printer using the command line? It needs to be one print job because my printer takes some pause between different print jobs. If you have to print a lot of images, it takes a long time with different print jobs.

I can't seem to find any documentation about this.

Thanks in advance for the information!

Kind regards

Steve

Must you have a command line solution? I don't see a way of doing that but I might be missing something...

But you should be able to print a folder of images as one print job from the GUI of XnView 'Classic' or XnViewMP, by selecting the files to be printed in the file browser and then selecting Print:

Hi cday,

Thank you for your quick reply!

It should be command line because I want to give the print command from another piece of software. With the GUI, I have to do it manually.

Kind regards
