Search as you type

Working search as you type is limited to select the search field and type the search phrase in there.
Suggestion: Do not limit it to have selected the search field. It would be more intuitive (and btw. Windows Explorer like and Windows Start Screen like) if I can simply type the phrase what I am looking for and search as you type kicks in without the need type enter the phrase explicitically into the search box.
