Clean metedata + Low memory

i clean metadata from a lot of jpeg files, then use openwith command open some of them in editor photoshop and gimps. it cause editor error (sometime it cause Visual C Runtime Error and cause Windows them change) and windows force me to close MP because low memory (i have a lot of memory left). after close MP, i can run editor again without reboot machine

Regarding the low memory, it might be the same as I reported earlier: http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.p ... 57#p124757
There is a real bug in MP that I think Pierre cannot reproduce.
MP really is allocating that much ram, and closing the program does free it up again.

Check if you have "use ICC profile for monitor" enabled in MP (Options->General->ICC) and if so then disable it.

If MP has allocated nearly all the memory to itself then running another application will probably cause it to crash.
