ControlPanel and RycycleBin in browser tree pane

Hi,
I often use the tree pane for opening files. When browser mode, in the tree pane there are controlpanel and recyclebin. Both are actually useless. I would like to hide controlpanel and recyclebin in the tree pane. Maybe via an entry in the [Hidden] section if the INI ?
If anybody knows how to do it, please hint me!
