0.76: Batch convert, disappearing filters

Hello,

In the Batch Convert function, I have some of the filters unchecked (i.e. disabled) some of the time. I find that in some cases, the disabled filters will later disappear from the list. Cannot pinpoint exactly the scenarios this happens, probably when I invoke the dialog a later time, or when I reload a custom preset from file.
