No Photo Editing ?

Hi, XnView is a great product !!

I am unable to bring up any photo editing capabilities. I even deleted XnView, and reloaded v 2.34, alas, no photo editing, still...

An using Windows 7 ...

Help!!

While XnView does have some limited editing functionality, it's main purpose is that of “an efficient multimedia viewer, organizer and converter for Windows”.

1. Keyboard shortcuts allow you to send files from within XnView to Associated Program (F3) and Associated Editor (F4).
2. XnView's Open action (Browser) for different file types is customizable: Tools » Options... » Keyboard/Mouse
3. On top of that, users can launch other applications from XnView's context menu (Tools » Open With » Add Program...). The keyboard shortcuts for these programs are Alt+1, Alt+2, Alt+3 etc.
4. Last but not least, it's also possible to run external editors by adding shortcuts to XnView's toolbar (Tools » Options... » Toolbar » Buttons » Buttons displayed).

It's a viewer. If you want an editor, get an editor.
