2.35: File > Print > Pictures Collection broken

I was able to pinpoint the version that broke it: v2.25.

It works on v2.24 and earlier.

File > Print > Pictures Collection does not display multiple pictures as it should on versions 2.25 to latest 2.35.
Tested on Windows 8.0.

For all pictures. I am surprised it cannot be replicated. Here's a screen shot of just your post in versions 2.25 to 2.35:

Isn't the problem the inverse, that 2.25 Preview displays multiple images when Multiple images per page isn't selected, or am I missing something?

The four picture collection in the example is supposed to show four pictures, correct?
As you can see, v2.24 correctly displays four. Version 2.25-2.35 display only one instead of four. Therefore v2.25 onwards have a problem.

Can someone please post if they can confirm one way or another so I can move on to testing this further if it is not easily reproducible,

Looking more closely there seems to be a change, an inversion, in the operation of Multiple images per page between the XnView Classic versions you refer to...

With four images selected in a folder in the browser:

For XnView Classic 2.13:

So the question is, which is the expected behaviour in relation to Multiple images per page ?

To me at first sight Pictures collection implies that multiple pictures, those selected in the browser, will be printed, and Multiple images per page implies, not entirely clearly perhaps, that the same image will be displayed multiple times per page, and if multiple images are selected in the browser then multiple pages will be printed with multiple identical images per page??

So was this an intended change?

Yes. That checkbox fixes things on version 2.25 to present.

Perhaps if the checkbox was CHECKED by default in the next version that would be better so that you could see the actual printout preview as it would look when you print it?
