Multi-monitor support

Thanks for this great software!

When I select "Dual monitor. Use second monitor (Browser & Slideshow)" it does not allow me to select which monitor to show the preview. Yes, I opened this issue because I have multiple (more than 2) monitors; but even with two, I think it would be nice to be able to select the preview monitor.

I know I can use Window+Shift+Arrow keys to move the preview, but it does not adjust the size to match the monitor resolution.

Same issue. I have 3 monitors. it will only default to one or the other of my monitors that I have the browser open on..I can't get the preview to show on the third. Some support for more than 2 monitors would be awesome.
