0.78 x64 : Set and lock zoom when open fullscreen

How can I set a specific zoom when I open a file directly in fullscreen mode?

I´d try to find it in "Settings" without sucess.

Everytime I open a file shows Real size zoom... By the way, "lock zoom" option in context menu is working well.
