Hi everybody,
I am new here and would like some assistance if possible with an issue I am having of taking 50+ EPS files and converting them all in one go to JPEG. If somebody would be kind enough to provide a step by step solution, Goood Karma will come your way!
Thank you in advance.

The general approach would be as follows:
1. Install Ghostscript 32-bit, it is needed to open EPS and some other file types;
2. Tools > Options... > General > Read/Write -- Read tab -- EPS/PS/AI/PDF : set a DPI value to open the images at reasonable quality, try 300 for example, if necessary increase the value;
3. Tools > Batch processing... General tab : see if you can figure out how to load the files to be converted, set the output directory, JPEG file format and Options such as the compression setting to be used when saving. There is no need to use the Transformations tab if you are only converting files to another format.
4. Click Go and check the result, if necessary have another look at the settings used and try again...
Always experiment with copies of your original files.
