Please support RAW files for Canon 1DX Mark II and Nikon D5

Canon 1DX Mk II and Nikon D5 are the newly (almost)released/announced flagships of the respective companies.

Please support the their RAW files.

Issues detected:

- if the actual RAW is opened, a greenish (Nikon) or orangeish (Canon) cast is displayed.
- the very high ISOs - in the link below there are two files (one for Nikon and one for Canon) at 102400 ISO - are displayed as 65535. Perhaps you use just two bytes for this value? Mind you, there are many cameras which go till 400000 ISO nowadays.
