Batch renaming quits at start

Hello,

i'm trying to rename my pictures using the batch renaming function.
I select all pictures, then push F2 to switch to the batch rename function.
Then i activate the first checkbox and use the command {EXIF:Date Taken [Y-m-d_H-M-S]}

In the preview in the lower site of the window shows the correct name after the rename process.
But when i click OK, the renaming process quits without renaming and a message box tells me that an error occured and the pictures were not renamed.

What am i doing wrong?

Just tried it, but still the same error message.

EDIT: Tried another way: Copied some pictures in the pictures directory of Win10. Renaming works.
Then copied the whole files i want to rename in the pictures directory of Win10. Renaiming doesen't work
Even the files i copied in the first try which worked were not renameable.

Is it custom error message displayed by XnView or general error message displayed by Windows? And what exactly this message is saying?

is it possible to have an archive of the files?

Sorry, but that would be over 1GB of pictures even in an archive and there are many personal pictures that i don't want to share with someone i don't know.
I helped myself with another renaming programm.

It would be very helpfull, if the error message would be more "speaking".
