Hi,
on Windows 10, you can check "Add 'Convert with XnConvert' to context menu" on the Settings-Tab, but it won't work and won't be saved. If you close and re-open XnConvert, the option is unckecked again.
Will there be a fix for that?
Thanks in advance,
ipzipzap

I didn't force it, because the user account already has local admin rights.
Now I tried again with "Run as Administrator" and the checkbox keeps checked now, but it still doesn't work as there is no option/submenu in the context menus.
EDIT: Additionally, jumplists on taskbar icons won't work anymore. If I disable the checkbox in XnConvert, the jumplists are working again. So this seems like a bug.

Is there a way to add it to a context menu of a selection of multiple files? Would pay money for this.xnview wrote:it adds only for a folderipzipzap wrote:No, when I right click on a file.xnview wrote:When you right click on a folder?

Perhaps you can use Drag&Drop to achieve what you want:Tox wrote:... Is there a way to add it to a context menu of a selection of multiple files? Would pay money for this.
The input list of XnConvert supports dropping of files onto it. So you could start XnConvert, select your files in Windows Explorer and drag&drop them onto XnConvert.

You can add a link to the SendTo menu or use a shell extension such as Filemenu Tools to add a custom contect menu entry. if you do use filemenu Tools, use %FILEPATHS% as the argument and not %FILENAMES% or you'll have trouble in folder paths that have apostrophes and maybe other characters as well.
