Extra Printing parameters Header/Footer

Hi all,

probably it is good to add new parameters to the header and footer setting in the print dialog box ?
by enhancing the heater and footer, there is no need to switch for a text editor program no more.

available: <INSERT>:
page number
page count
current date ( no date formatting available? )

possible new parameters:
weeknumber
day of the year


or set a parameter manually?

Additional:
- maybe a second line for the header or footer?
- print to multi-page PDF button?
- different font for header and footer
- different colors for header / footer
