0.82 Debian Linux: Error '... is not a Debian package'

When i try to install new relese on Kubuntu 16.04 x64 i have thin error:

"XnViewMP-linux-x64.deb ' is not a Debian package
The MIME type of this file to 'application/x-debian-package' and it cannot be installed on your system.

with strange file size 28.4 mb
