File list in browser does not refresh

I open MP in a folder. I add more files to it. MP doesn't refresh. I press F5 and menu->refresh
It doesn't.
Explorer shows 95 files. MP shows 35

and if you restart, you have them? How do you add files with windows explorer?

Yes must restart MP.
Doesn't matter how I add files with windows explorer, move/save/rename etc
It's always working only 50% of time
