0.82 b2: Draw tool: Position of Undo/Redo buttons

In XnView 0.84 b2, undo and redo has been added. At the moment the position of the buttons is wrong. Undo button is supposed to be on the left side, redo on the right side. (Just like in Image view).

will be fixed in beta 3
