MP4 AVC Video without sound

On all Videos there is no Sound and no Thumbs (also with 0.84 Beta 3). With Classic Version there is no problem. With videoMode=true blank screen.
System: WIndows 64 Prof (German) last Version.

if you use videoMode=true, please install codecs pack like klite

Many thanks for your answer. The problem are now solved. It was a local problem on my PC (Sound MIxer).
