0.84: Change timestamp: UI change when toggling chkbox

XnView: MP 0.84 - 32 bit
OS: Windows - 32 bit

In "Change timestamp" dialog, when opening the dialog or toggling "Create EXIF data if needed" checkbox, the layout of the dialog changes slightly (some few pixels). See screen recording topic_35086_helmut.wmv.

Effect: Small UI glitch (minor/cosmetic issue)

To reproduce:
1. In XnView browser select an image file
2. Select Tools » Change timestamp
3. Check/uncheck "Create EXIF data if needed" checkbox
Actual behaviour (bug): Layout of the dialog and the preview changes slightly

Expected behaviour: Layout of the dialog and preview should remain unchanged.

Partly reproducible (64-bit code):
Behaviour depends on previous size of dialog window, which seems to depend on thumbnail size.

To Reproduce:
1. open the dialogue and expand the window to about double its original size
2. cancel dialogue
3. change timestamp again
4. keep toggling "Create EXIF if needed" and watch size repeatedly creep bigger.

To hide problem:
drag dialogue box to as small as allowed, and it then remains fixed size.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.85 beta 1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
