Status Bar & maximized state bug...

Hello!

Cosmetic bug - when XNV maximized there is no 'resize' control
in right-bottom corner of the window. But place for it exists.
Looks little unaccurate. Should be wiped I though...

On Windows 2000 and XP this behaviour is just normal. Try maximizing a window of any application and you will see. The resize control is "hidden", Windows does not allow for resizing maximized windows.
