Location Based Album / Folder

Is there a way I can automatically create folders / albums based on the location data from the images, created at the time of shooting.

Thanks for responding.
I recently spent time travelling around Cornwall. I would like to arrange folders / albums based on the villages I visited.
I had the location data enabled on the camera.
I was hoping that XnView would have a way for me to do that.
My Photos app on my iPad does this automatically.
