nconvert 4.51, text and camera raw

The option -text does not work correct with me. I use:
-text "© Urs Mueller" -text_font Arial 6 -text_color 0 0 0 -text_back 255 255 255 -text_pos +300 +300
I can change whatever, I only receive black text on the upper left corner and the font seems small and does not resembling the chosen font.
I would like to add the text to the lower right corner, what should be:
"-text_flag bottom-right".

Also the options:
-raw_auto_balance : Auto balance (Camera RAW)
-raw_camera_balance : Camera balance (Camera RAW)
Are not working with me. Especially XNView converts my Nikon Raw with another balance than nconvert.

put text parameters before -text
