Hello !- The "mini tool-bar" is in the Browser window. I suppose that you would wish such a button in the main tool-bar of the "View" mode (main window)
- It's very difficult to add a button there, because the number is limited currently to 33. All icons are on a single bitmap, and a lot of skins exist for these bitmaps…
- IMHO, a good solution should be to have a kind of plugin ("active", not like the current ones for image-formats) able to add a customized tool-bar in the main window…
- But X-Mas is not now yet…

In XnView, there's the main toolbar at the top of the window which spans the whole width of the window. And in browser mode you have a second, small toolbar above the file list (typically on the right, right below the main toolbar).
You can delete an image using the "Del" key or using the menu item "Delete" in the context menu (right mouse click). In options ("Tools > Options"), category "Toolbar > Buttons displayed" you can set which buttons are displayed. But currently there is no "Delete" button.
Some people like to have the "Delete" in the toolbar (personally I don't), so I think this should be added with default "Not displayed".
