When you rename a file that already exists, you get the file replace dialogue afterward.
Is there a setting to make the default for the extension to be lower case? Right now the default is uppercase and I have to change it every time.

Pierre,
Well, shoot! Now I can't either... Yesterday I could do it over and over and over. Now I can't. I've tried over and over and over now, and can't do it.
Okay, now I'm beginning to think they were uppercase to start with...
(looks back over photograph jpgs...)
Doh! Okay, okay, I'm an idiot.
ALL my photographs are with capitals by default.
I'm sorry!
