Open in 3rd party file manager

Hi,

this is a request to have an option to open the folder/files in another file manager instead of windows explorer.
there are lots of different file manager in windows like directory opus, total commander, xyplorer, qdir.
the user can add a 3rd party file manager in the settings and xnviewmp will use it to open the folder.
