why am I getting a 2nd fullscreen image?

I unchecked "dual monitor: Use second monitor" -- so now, instead of the fullscreen image on my 2nd monitor with EVERY IMAGE, which I have to cancel out, I get the same on my main monitor, after I cancel out the top layer. This didn't used to happen. Don't want fullscreen unless I ask for it manually. Thank you. Running XnView MP 0.88 Windows 7 64-bit

you have disabled the 2nd monitor, and you have fullscreen on second monitor?? Could you describe more the problem?
