XnViewMP for Linux ubuntu 16.04 LTS

My PC has got installed the following system :
Linux ubuntu 16.04 LTS
I want to download XnViewMP to reduce the number of Pixel of several scans and fotos....
But for Linux You offer me only
Linux DEB 32-bit
Linux DEB 64-bit
Linux TGZ 32bit
Linux TGZ 64bit
Which one of these four possibilities should I download ????
Which one of these four possibillities works with Linux ubuntu 16.04 LTS ????

I'm new to Linux (Ubuntu 17.10) but I found that the DEB 64-bit versions of XnView MP and XnConvert were easy to install...
