"Levels" icon missing

Hi guys
I noticed that it is missing a very important icon, the "Levels". If I add Levels on the ToolBar it appear only the name.

Then I provide to draw it on the base of the already existing "Enhance colors" icon.

Indeed. With such icon it would look much better.

I just discover that this icon is already in the brand new version 0.89.
The icon is very similar to mine, then is perfect !
