Adding text from CSV/textfile?

Sorry if this has already been covered, but I can not ind the information

I am interested in adding multiple lines of text from either a CSV or txt file. I have {Folder} and {filename} however it seems more logical to parse the text from a single file.

Is this a feature that exists or is in development?
