I see requests going back years for this feature and would still love to see it come true.
Linux doesn't have a good video library manager to quickly scroll through videos and manage them easily. (sort, file, rename, etc..) This is done easiest when you can see thumbs of the actual videos.
The programs that do show video thumbs like piviti, openshot, etc are not good managers either. They are specific to their task which is a clip library that has already been organized.
Please consider adding this feature.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.91. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
