why am I seeing Portable Network Graphics?

I just set-up this new computer with XNVIEW, and Agent 8 news reader.
when I open multiple pictures files in Agent 8, XNVIEW displays them good, however
after I closed maybe 8 pictures or so, I see a display with a big blue Circle with a white
letter I in the middle of the circle and in the upper left hand corner I see a box reading
Portable Network Graphics with a bunch of numbers when I close it another one appears and I close
that one, it keeps going and going until I have to close 4 or 5 of them. Can anyone tell me what this is
and how I can resolve. I appreciate your help.

I have tried for 2 hours to paste the image into this box and it won't paste; I have copied the screen shot to the clipboard and tried to paste it many different ways , I have image on Paint program,the snipping tool and Word, but I can't paste it into this reply. HELP

you means the little box with infos at the top-left corner? 'Portable Network Graphics' is for PNG

No it's not my picture, this appears after I have seven pictures that I launched from Agent news reader, after I viewed each pictures and closed the window of all seven pictures, It shows multiple copies of this blue circle, each time I exit the blue circle window another blue circle appears, I have to close this blue circle window several times before the program will exit.
