XnView MP OSX fullscreen mode, show new pictures

Hello,
I have connected a Canon EOS 60D to my macbook and download every now shot image to a folder on the Mac.
I want to show always the newest file in this folder in fullscreen mode.
In the browser i can automatically select new files. This works. Every new file downloaded from the camera gets selected automatically.
But when i switch to fullscreen mode it doesn't refresh to show the new file.
Is there any option to get this functionality with XnView MP?
I have tried this on Windows with XnView Classic. There works the refresh in fullscreen mode.
It would be great to get this functionality to work with OSX.

I hope anyone has an idea how to get this to work.
