export color labels to lightroom

When reading files exported from lightroom I can read the color labels created in lightroom
But I can not do viceversa, read the color labels in lightroom created by Xnview MP
Perhaps this could be done writing the database settings of XnView in XMP, but in this case I only want a specific folder and not the full database. Any way to simply select a group of photos and ensure his color label will be read by lightroom?
They are RAW files, CR2 from canon

you can use 'View>update files from catalog' & Settings>Metadata>update or create sidecar
