I can't use cursor keys and the delete key in XnView

So I was using XnViewMP and I use cursor left & right keys wile looking at photos in a directory - if I didn;t want the photo I would press teh delete key and it deletes s

XnView does not do this - or do I need to enable something

Why not continue to use XnViewMP you say - Because XnView has more funtionlaity Slide show Slides to movie - I can't find these in XnViewMP

cursor & del keys doesn't work in edit mode?
