After I saved an action I'm unable to load it. Please, see the attached image.

You have clicked on the small yellow folder icon at the bottom-left of the window to load actions you have exported for NConvert?

If so, as far as I know you can only load either Big.bat or Small.bat as XnConvert can only output one set of processed images when it is run...

Or do I misunderstand?

If I understood your problem correctly:

I'm not sure if a .bat file can be loaded for reuse, you may have to export each set of actions using the alternative option to save a script by clicking the small blue folder icon at the bottom of the screen. You would then have to load and run each script separately. I can't immediately test to confirm if a .bat can be reloaded, but I think probably not.

To create two sets of output images from a single script, the only option at present is to create a batch file .bat with two lines, one for each set of output images, and then run it using the command line software NConvert. As far as I know the input file and output file paths are not exported, so you should expect to have to add those.
