0.93 'Change timestamp' tool doesn't change Exif timestamps

'Change timestamp' tool doesn't update Exif timestamps

To reproduce:
1. Select one or more images
2. Tools - Change Timestamp
3. Select 'Specific date and time' and enter a new date and time
4. Check 'Create EXIF metadata if needed' and any or all of the EXIF date fields
5. Click on 'Write' or 'Write to all files'

Actual behaviour (bug): Warning dialog box: "Problem An error occurred in updating process!" and the EXIF dates (Taken, Modified and Digitized) do not update.

The 'File modified date' does update correctly indicating it isn't a file locking issue

Expected behaviour: All Exif timestamps should change
