Printing multipage PDF just repeats the first page

XnView: MP 0.93 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 64bit

Trying to print an n-page PDF just prints n copies of page 1. Seems to happen in the viewer and in the browser and the problem is already visible in the print preview window.

To reproduce:
1. Load multipage PDF.
2. Print it.

Actual behaviour (bug): Prints copies of page 1.

Expected behaviour: Should print 1 of each page.
