Newbie Help With Install and AI Files Please

Hi, Have done a fresh install of Win10 today, also installed XnView MP and Ghostscript 9.27 but am unable to view AI Files. I have read all the posts on the forum that I can find regarding this issue but am unable to resolve it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
