Photo time Win Explorer vs XnViewMP

Hi.
I have some old photos. There are strange thing with date of them.
Firstly they was processed in GeoSetter, including Time Zone (for Lisbon - 0, winter time)ю
In XnViewMP made Change timestamp for all times:



Result:


But in Windows Explorer another times!:


Where is problem?
Other photos is ok.
